Holistic Business Coach & Strategic Consultant
After a decade in the travel-tech industry, where I led a 70+ person team and oversaw complex, high-stakes initiatives — I reached a point where the pace and pressure no longer felt sustainable. Stepping back opened the door to do strategic consulting across industries, from major social platforms to international airlines to health insurance giants to local businesses.
That time helped me reconnect with the parts of leadership that energized me the most: teaching, developing people, and helping others gain real clarity in their work.
